Job Summary
Sieger Spintech Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer cum Administrator to manage, customize, and enhance the Salesforce CRM platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Salesforce administration, application development, automation, integrations, and user support while ensuring the platform aligns with business objectives and operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Administration
- Manage day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform, including user creation, role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and workflows.
- Monitor system health, user access, and platform performance.
System Configuration
- Implement business requirements using Salesforce declarative tools such as Flow Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Dynamic Forms, and Page Layouts.
- Configure automation to improve business efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Maintain data integrity and optimize Salesforce configurations.
Salesforce Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Develop reusable components and scalable solutions following Salesforce best practices.
- Perform code reviews and maintain proper documentation.
Reporting & Analytics
- Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics for business users and management.
- Develop meaningful KPIs and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy in reporting.
Data Management
- Perform data imports, exports, migration, deduplication, and cleanup using Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and other Salesforce tools.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across the Salesforce environment.
Integration Support
- Support Salesforce integrations with ERP systems, third-party applications, APIs, and middleware platforms.
- Assist in troubleshooting integration issues and optimizing data synchronization.
System Support
- Provide technical support to end users by resolving Salesforce-related issues.
- Troubleshoot application errors, performance issues, and system defects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
- Conduct user training and prepare system documentation when required.
