Responsibilities
- Supervise daily knock off and shift closing operations
- Monitor worker attendance, discipline, and performance
- Ensure production targets are completed on time
- Maintain daily reports and operational records
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and safety compliance
- Handle manpower allocation and shift planning
- Resolve operational issues during shifts
- Monitor product quality and dispatch processes
- Train and guide workers on company procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 1–5 years of supervisor experience
- Good communication and team management skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting, attendance)
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma holder preferred
