About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Thai Language Trainer to train Indian students who are preparing for their academic journey in Thailand/related international programs.
The training will primarily be conducted online, with occasional requirements to conduct demo sessions at universities/colleges that are associated with our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Thai language training sessions for students.
- Deliver engaging and practical language classes.
- Prepare students for basic communication and academic/living requirements.
- Conduct demo classes at partner universities/colleges when required.
- Assess student progress and provide appropriate feedback.
- Coordinate with the academic/training team regarding student progress and schedules.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Thai language.
- Previous experience as a Thai language trainer/teacher is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable conducting online classes.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for university/college demo sessions.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable giving a demo class as part of the selection process.
Contract & Compensation
- Initial 3-month fixed-term engagement.
- Compensation will be based on the student-to-training-hours ratio and agreed training requirements.
- Based on performance and business requirements, the role may be extended to 6 months or converted to a longer-term/lucrative package.
- For extended roles, airfare/travel support may be provided for required demo visits, depending on the assignment and location.
