We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Associate to expand our customer base, generate new business opportunities, and build long-term client relationships.
Job Summary
As a Field Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads through field visits, promoting PrintCraft's products and services, and achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, networking, and direct sales.
- Generate qualified leads from businesses, educational institutions, corporate offices, government organisations, and commercial establishments.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their printing, branding, and promotional requirements.
- Present and explain PrintCraft's products and services effectively.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the Production and Accounts teams to ensure timely order execution and payment collection.
- Maintain daily field visit reports, lead trackers, and sales activity records.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent PrintCraft professionally during client meetings and networking events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Field Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in meeting clients.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence and own vehicle are preferred.
