About the Role
We are hiring a proactive and result-oriented business development executive for a fast-growing UAE-based company. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B lead generation, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and identifying potential clients through various online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads and decision-makers in the UAE market
Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email marketing, databases, and online research
Build and maintain lead lists using CRM tools and spreadsheets
Conduct cold emailing and outreach campaigns
Qualify prospects based on business requirements
Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of communication and lead status
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets
Required Skills
Fresher or 2 years' experience in Lead Generation, B2B Prospecting, or Sales Support
Strong communication and internet research skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
Preferred Qualifications
HSC or Any Bachelor’s degree
Familiarity with cold outreach strategies
