Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one career counselling sessions for students and parents.
- Help students understand their strengths, interests, personality, and suitable career options.
- Explain career assessment reports and provide personalized career guidance.
- Guide students in selecting the right stream, courses, colleges, and career paths.
- Address student and parent queries through phone calls, video meetings, and in-person sessions.
- Maintain counselling records and follow up with students regularly.
- Coordinate with schools for counselling sessions, seminars, and workshops.
- Work closely with the psychology, operations, and business development teams.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and school representatives.
- Stay updated with education trends, entrance exams, universities, and career opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related field.
- Certification in Career Counselling or Psychology will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 0–5 years of experience in Career Counselling, Student Counselling, Educational Counselling, or Psychology.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and relevant educational qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience working with schools, educational institutions, or EdTech companies will be preferred.

- Strong counselling and active listening abilities.
- Empathetic and student-centric approach.
- Good presentation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to explain career reports and educational pathways clearly.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.

- Comfortable conducting counselling sessions both online and offline.
- Ability to build trust with students, parents, and school management.
- Willingness to travel for school visits, seminars, and counselling sessions when required.
