Job Title: IT Sales CoordinatorJob Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Sales Coordinator to support our Sales and Business Development team. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, distributors, system integrators, and customers to ensure smooth sales operations. The role involves preparing quotations and proposals, processing orders, maintaining CRM records, tracking sales activities, and providing end-to-end coordination throughout the sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical, Finance, OEMs, Distributors, and System Integrator partners for day-to-day sales operations.
- Prepare and manage quotations, commercial proposals, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and tender documentation.
- Process customer orders and coordinate Purchase Orders (POs), invoicing, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with OEMs and distributors for pricing, deal registrations, product availability, lead times, and special pricing approvals.
- Support the sales team in responding to RFQs, RFPs, commercial bids, and customer documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales opportunities, and pipeline data in the CRM system.
- Generate sales reports, MIS reports, and dashboards for management review.
- Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, approvals, renewals, order status, and payment follow-ups.
- Track Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), support contracts, warranty renewals, and license expirations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and finance documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of customer orders and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Commercial Operations within an IT Infrastructure, System Integrator, Value-Added Reseller (VAR), or IT Solutions company.
- Good understanding of:
- Networking (Switches, Routers, Wireless Solutions)
- Servers & Storage
- Cybersecurity Solutions
- Cloud Computing & Data Center Technologies
- Experience working with leading OEMs such as Cisco, HPE, Dell Technologies, Fortinet, Sophos, Microsoft, Lenovo, VMware, or Palo Alto Networks is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
