About the Role
Amity University is seeking a dynamic and experienced Image Consultant, Communication Expert & Soft Skills Trainer for a full time role to enhance the professional presence, communication effectiveness, and interpersonal competencies of students, faculty, and staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful training programs focused on communication skills, personality development, professional etiquette, leadership, and personal branding to prepare individuals for academic and professional excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions on communication skills, soft skills, and personality development.
- Conduct workshops on verbal and non-verbal communication, business etiquette, professional grooming, and executive presence.
- Coach students and professionals on public speaking, presentation skills, interview preparation, and confidence building.
- Provide image consulting sessions covering professional attire, body language, etiquette, and personal branding.
- Develop customized learning modules aligned with industry expectations and employability standards.
- Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate learning outcomes through feedback and assessments.
- Mentor individuals to improve interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, emotional intelligence, and workplace behaviour.
- Facilitate sessions on conflict resolution, teamwork, customer service excellence, and cross-cultural communication.
- Organize mock interviews, group discussions, and corporate readiness programs.
- Collaborate with academic departments and placement teams to enhance students' career readiness.
- Stay updated with current industry trends in communication, image consulting, and corporate training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, English, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Master's degree or relevant professional certifications in Image Consulting, Soft Skills Training, Communication, or Personality Development will be preferred.
- Certification from recognised institutes in Image Consulting or Corporate Training is an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in corporate training, communication coaching, image consulting, learning & development, or higher education.
- Experience in conducting training for students, professionals, or corporate employees is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in universities, educational institutions, or corporate environments will be preferred.
