Job Purpose
To ensure the smooth and reliable operation of the company’s building, equipment, electrical, plumbing and other maintenance systems through preventive and corrective maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
· Carry out routine preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and building-related systems.
· Perform basic electrical work including lighting, switches, sockets, MCBs, DBs, and wiring.
· Handle plumbing maintenance such as leakage, taps, valves and sanitary fittings.
· Attend maintenance complaints and service requests from employees or facility users.
· Conduct regular inspections of electrical panels, equipment, utilities, and common areas.
· Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of planned activities.
· Maintain cleanliness and safety of the maintenance/work areas.
· Respond to emergency maintenance requirements and minimize equipment downtime.
· Perform other maintenance-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills & Competencies
· Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and general building maintenance.
· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently.
· Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
· Strong sense of safety and attention to detail.
· Ability to handle multiple maintenance requests and prioritize urgent issues.
Qualifications & Experience
· ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Fitter, or related technical trade.
· 0-2 years of relevant experience in facility, commercial building, industrial, residential, hotel, or real-estate maintenance.
· Candidates with experience across multiple maintenance trades will be preferred.
Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
