Sales & Marketing Operations Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 2–3 Years
Work Mode: Work From Office
Working Days: 5Days (Mon-fri)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations of sales & marketing teams
- Track leads, opportunities, closures & pipeline movement
- Maintain and update CRM systems accurately
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly sales MIS reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals & quotations
- Follow up with clients for documentation & closures
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions & lead generation
- Monitor campaign performance & prepare analysis reports
- Ensure timely follow-ups and process adherence
- Assist management with presentations & business reports
- Improve operational efficiency through data insights
