Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Counselor to convert B2C leads into customers by understanding their needs and recommending the right skincare and wellness solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, counseling, and sales skills with a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Counsel customers regarding skincare and wellness services/products.
- Convert leads into successful sales through effective consultation.
- Understand customer concerns and recommend suitable treatment plans or products.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with clinics and internal teams for appointments and customer support.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Counseling, B2C Sales, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
