Hiring: Farm Operations & Irrigation Executive
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab (may involve travelling to other farm locations)
We are looking for a Farm Operations & Irrigation Executive to join our seed production and research team.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and maintenance of drip irrigation systems, venturi units, rain pipes, foggers, misting systems, micro-sprinklers, and related irrigation infrastructure.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting pumps, filters, valves, pipelines, and fertigation systems.
- Management of farm tools, machinery, and spare parts inventory.
- Basic repair and maintenance of farm equipment, pumps, sprayers, and irrigation systems.
- Assisting in spraying operations, including tractor-mounted sprayers when required.
- Active involvement in nursery management, pollination, crop management, field trials, and other research farm activities.
- Coordinating with farm staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Eligibility
- Diploma/B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering, Agriculture, or related field.
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in irrigation systems and farm machinery will be preferred.
- Willingness to learn and participate in all farm operations is essential.
Compensation
₹2.5–3.0 LPA (based on skills and experience)
