Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced R&D Executive to join our product development team. The ideal candidate should have 5–10 years of experience in the home appliance manufacturing industry, preferably with exposure to products such as Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Heat Pumps, or Water Heaters. The candidate will be responsible for product development, innovation, testing, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and improve new and existing home appliance products.
- Conduct research, feasibility studies, and prototype development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design, Production, Quality, and Procurement.
- Perform product testing, validation, and performance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation, product specifications, and engineering reports.
- Analyze product failures and implement design improvements.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing process optimization.
- Drive cost reduction and value engineering initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education: B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Experience: 5–10 years in R&D/Product Development within the Home Appliance Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of product design, testing, validation, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar) is preferred.
- Understanding of quality standards, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per month
