Project Manager – Civil (Resort Construction)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong civil engineering background to lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of resort construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all civil construction activities for resort development projects.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Supervise site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, interior designers, and landscape consultants.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and statutory approvals.
- Manage procurement of construction materials and monitor inventory.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Review contractor bills, verify measurements, and approve progress payments.
- Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management and clients.
- Resolve technical issues, delays, and on-site challenges effectively.
- Ensure proper documentation, project records, and handover upon project completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Project Management certification is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of resort, hotel, or hospitality construction projects.
Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in civil construction.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing resort, hotel, or large hospitality projects.
- Proven experience handling projects from planning through commissioning and handover.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent project planning and scheduling skills.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong understanding of RCC, finishing works, infrastructure, landscaping, and external development.
- Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor negotiations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and safety regulations.

Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience in luxury resorts, hotels, villas, hospitality projects, or large-scale commercial developments will be preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
