Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily petrol pump operations and staff
- Increase fuel and lubricant sales
- Develop B2B clients (fleet owners, transporters, corporates)
- Handle cash, billing, and daily reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with safety and OMC norms
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Monitor stock, dip readings, and prevent losses
Requirements:
- 6–12 years experience in operations / retail / QSR / fuel / logistics
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Experience managing teams
- Basic financial understanding
- Comfortable working in field + operations role
Preferred Background:
QSR Manager (McDonald, KFC etc) / Dark Store Manager (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart etc) / Retail Operations / Logistics
