Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Development to design, develop, and improve our application deployments (CI/CD) and infrastructure management (IaC)

Manage existing hybrid (Public / Private) environments by effectively leveraging observability tools and automation

Migrate non-public cloud workloads to AWS

Triage and remediate production infrastructure and application issues

Continuously improve operational efficiencies by focusing on technology, process, and automation

Collaborate with global team members (English)

Participate in on-call rotation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent experience in the related field

5+ years in a programming/scripting role (Python, PowerShell, Groovy)

5+ years with configuration management and infrastructure as code ( Ansible, Terraform advantage Rundeck, SaltStack)

Expert with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub actions) and managing SDLC environments (Dev, Test, Staging, Prod)

Extensive experience administering Windows and Linux environments

Hands-on experience with observability tools/services (any of the following - Datadog, LogicMonitor, New Relic, Sumo Logic)

Managed large-scale production workloads in the public cloud (AWS)

Practical knowledge of containers and delivery of services via containers (Docker, K8s, ECS, Docker Hive)

Extensive experience with Linux systems, including file systems, process management, permissions, troubleshooting, installations, patching, and a strong understanding of OS and application-level operations

Solid conceptual understanding of virtualization technologies with hands-on exposure to one or more hypervisors (e.g., VMware)

Strong understanding of CI/CD pipeline concepts and best practices for continuous integration and delivery

A curious mindset with a passion for learning new technologies and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment
