Position: Service AdvisorJob Responsibilities:
Attend customers and understand vehicle service concerns.
Prepare job cards and explain repairs/service recommendations to customers.
Coordinate with workshop technicians for timely vehicle delivery.
Provide accurate estimates of repair cost and delivery time.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
Conduct vehicle walk-around inspection before service.
Upsell value-added services, accessories, and maintenance packages.
Follow up with customers regarding feedback and pending work.
Maintain proper documentation and service records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs, and automobile systems.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple customers.
Basic computer knowledge and dealership management software understanding preferred.
Candidate should be presentable and professional.
Education:
Graduate/Diploma in Automobile Engineering or related field preferred.
Working Details:
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: Best in Industry / As per experience
Preferred:
Experience in dealership/workshop environment.
Experience in passenger vehicle service industry will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
