Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Sunnynova Pharma
Location - Howrah ( Assigned Territory).
Responsibilities -
Developing business in assigned territories, building strong relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, hospitals, and ensuring effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
- Motivate, and guide Medical Representatives.
- Conduct daily field work with MRs (Joint Field Work).
- Monitor MR productivity and performance.
- Set individual targets and review achievements.
- Conduct regular team meetings and sales reviews.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market potential.
Experience - 5-6 Years in the same designation (ASM) preferred.
Salary - As per industry standards and commensurate with experience, current CTC, and performance record
Qualifications - Any Graduate.
