Why We Are Hiring
AI has fundamentally changed how visual content is made. We want to hire ahead of that curve - not someone who dabbles in AI tools, but someone who thinks and builds AI-first.
This person will lead our visual and storytelling output: conceiving ideas, generating high-quality AI imagery and video, refining outputs using traditional tools, and shaping how Sankalp communicates with the world.
Role Overview
The AI Visual Storyteller will be the creative engine for Sankalp digital presence. You will own visual content end-to-end - from idea to final asset - using AI as your primary production tool and traditional design and editing tools to refine and polish.
Beyond visuals, this role requires genuine curiosity about our work in impact ecosystems, the ability to write sharp content pieces, and the editorial instinct to make complex ideas land clearly with diverse global audiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI-Driven Visual Production
- Generate high-quality images, illustrations, and visual concepts using AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, Ideogram, and Stable Diffusion
- Produce short-form and long-form video content using AI-native video tools (Runway ML, Kling, Sora, Pika, and similar)
- Iterate rapidly on visual briefs - generating multiple creative directions quickly and selecting the best outputs
- Use prompt engineering as a core creative skill: craft precise, layered prompts that consistently produce brand-appropriate, high-quality results
Design Refinement and Production
- Clean up and finalise AI-generated design drafts in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop - adjusting typography, colours, layout, and brand consistency
- Prepare final assets for digital use: social media, event collateral, reports, presentations, and website
- Maintain visual consistency across the Sankalp brand system
Video and Motion Editing
- Edit and refine AI-generated video drafts using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut
- Add voiceovers, subtitles, transitions, and sound design to video content
- Create short-form video content optimised for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram
- Develop simple motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling
Content Writing and Storytelling
- Write content pieces such as social media captions, event narratives, ecosystem spotlights, and campaign copy
- Translate complex impact data and stories into clear, engaging visual and written formats
- Collaborate with the communications team to shape Sankalp editorial voice across platforms
AI Workflow and Experimentation
- Stay ahead of the rapidly evolving AI creative landscape - explore, test, and adopt new tools proactively
- Build efficient AI-assisted workflows that reduce production time without sacrificing quality
- Share learnings with the team and help build internal capability around AI creative tools

Deep expertise in AI tools is non-negotiable. Design and video tool proficiency is expected at a working level - enough to clean up, refine, and deliver AI-generated drafts professionally.
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in design, video, or creative content - with demonstrable AI-driven work in your portfolio
- Portfolio that shows original, AI-generated work - not just template edits
- Strong prompt engineering skills across image and video generation tools
- Ability to write clear, engaging content in English
- Comfortable managing multiple creative projects independently in a remote environment
- Genuine interest in impact, sustainability, and emerging market ecosystems is a strong plus

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
