Key Responsibilities
Windows Server Administration
Perform regular health checks and preventive maintenance activities.
DFS Management and troubleshooting
Windows failover Management and troubleshooting
Virtualization Management
Manage VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms.
Create, configure, and maintain virtual machines.
Support VM migrations, snapshots, and disaster recovery processes.
Incident & Change Management
Troubleshoot and resolve server, OS, and infrastructure-related issues.
Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
Document root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
Strong experience with Windows Server Administration.
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Management.
PowerShell scripting and automation.
VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V.
Windows patching and server lifecycle management.
Backup and recovery solutions (Veeam, Commvault, NetBackup, etc.).
Microsoft IIS administration.
Storage and networking fundamentals.
Windows Failover Clustering experience

Effective communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to work in 24x7 support environments.
