Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and share follow-up action items.
Draft professional emails, reports, presentations, and documents using AI tools.
Conduct online research and summarize information using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
Create and maintain SOPs, templates, and documentation using Notion.
Automate repetitive tasks using Zapier or Make.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Schedule interviews and support recruitment coordination.
Handle confidential information with professionalism.
Required Skills
2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or Founder's Office Associate.
Hands-on experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot in day-to-day work.
Good knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Otter.ai, Fireflies.ai, tl;dv, or Read AI.
Familiarity with Notion AI, Canva AI, Gamma, Zapier, or Make.
Experience working in a startup, technology, SaaS, or AI-driven company is an advantage.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
