Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Architect with 5–10 years of professional experience in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong architectural design skills, sound technical knowledge, and a good understanding of Vaastu principles. The candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing construction drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design solutions.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Integrate Vaastu principles into project designs as per client requirements.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and approval requirements.
- Prepare presentations, design reports, and client submissions.
- Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and completeness.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 5–10 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential villa projects, apartment buildings, and commercial developments.
- Good understanding and practical application of Vaastu principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Hyderabad building regulations and approval processes is preferred.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in high-end residential and custom home design.
- Strong design presentation and visualization skills.
- Experience coordinating with consultants and contractors.
- Knowledge of sustainable and cost-effective design practices.
