India Enablement Director
What this job involves:
As an India Enablement Director at JLL, you will be responsible for optimizing performance to drive operating efficiencies with primary areas of focus including India KPI performance, governance, performance management, and account growth. This role reports directly to the APAC account director and works across all service lines and business support groups to ensure the account is well coordinated and operating at the highest levels to meet and exceed client expectations. You will work with India Senior Account Leadership to execute the vision and strategy of the account plan ensuring the client objectives and interests are met while understanding the client's key business drivers and focusing the team to ensure those priorities are aligned with account deliverables. This comprehensive enablement director role requires documenting and managing potential operational risks while ensuring compliance with MSA obligations through regular assessment and establishing cadence of stakeholder governance reviews with management of action plans in support of client strategic initiatives. You will define and manage performance measures for all service lines utilizing data and analytics to improve account results including cost reduction, service improvement, revenue generation and risk mitigation while leveraging business intelligence resources and tools to drive account improvements, directly contributing to JLL's mission of delivering exceptional account management excellence through comprehensive performance optimization, strategic governance, and operational leadership that ensures client satisfaction, compliance excellence, and sustainable growth across diverse India commercial real estate environments.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Execute vision and strategy of account plan with India Senior Account Leadership ensuring client objectives and interests are met while understanding key business drivers
Document and manage potential operational risks while ensuring compliance with MSA obligations through regular assessment and governance framework maintenance
Establish and manage cadence of stakeholder governance reviews while managing action plans in support of client strategic initiatives for comprehensive coordination
Define and manage performance measures for all service lines utilizing data and analytics to improve account results including cost reduction and service improvement
Leverage business intelligence resources and tools to drive account improvements while establishing efficiency measures for all service lines KPI performance
Expand operations to meet changing client needs extending beyond existing product lines or geography for comprehensive account growth
Regularly gain input and direction from client ensuring alignment while focusing team priorities on account deliverables and strategic objectives
Manage revenue generation and risk mitigation initiatives while utilizing performance management analytics for continuous improvement and optimization.
Required Qualifications:
Success in navigating global business environments with experience handling client and Firm sensitivities knowing when to escalate with urgency or de-escalate risks
Demonstrated experience balancing client interests with Firm interests while translating client needs into existing or new business growth opportunities
Understanding of all technical processes and impact on delivery of services (SOW) with managing schedules, budgets, contracts, and processes capabilities
Account delivery optimization and continuous improvement experience with performance management utilizing data and analytics for strategic decision making
Ability to connect technical matters with monetary and business drivers while demonstrating capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively
Analytical skills with proven ability to solve problems using objective approach and take enterprise-wide view to achieve long term solutions • Excellent planning and organizational skills to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines with superior client relationship skills for face-to-face interactions
Superior people management skills creating team culture supporting JLL's core behaviors and values with ability to lead teams effectively and train well.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience promoting open, constructive and collaborative relationships at all levels while demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and confident approach with flexibility to adapt and calmly deal with rapidly changing, stressful situations for dynamic environment management
Proven ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives while working independently and being effective team player
Understanding of honesty and trustworthiness principles with demonstrated experience in global business environment navigation and client sensitivity handling
Knowledge of MSA obligations compliance through regular assessment with stakeholder governance reviews establishment and management capabilities
Experience with business intelligence resources and tools utilization for account improvements and efficiency measures establishment across service lines
Understanding of revenue generation and risk mitigation strategies while demonstrating capacity for enterprise-wide solution development and implementation
Background in India market operations with APAC account director reporting relationship and cross-functional service lines coordination experience.
