We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE)
KLM Assets Fin is looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to our Kottayam branch to support the growth of our chit fund business. Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience in NBFC or chit operations and be comfortable working in a field-oriented sales role.
The position focuses on expanding our customer base, promoting chit schemes, and building long-term client relationships while consistently meeting business targets.
Preferred Profile:
Candidates from Kottayam district and those available for immediate joining will be given preference.
Role Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and onboard them into chit schemes
- Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and local networking
- Explore new markets and opportunities for business expansion
- Ensure timely follow-up and collection of monthly installments
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions
- Maintain and submit daily reports on sales activities and field visits to the Branch Manager
