We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, issues, and feedback via email. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to provide timely and effective solutions to customer concerns.

Customer Support – Assist the customer process and solve Customer queries via email or chat.
Ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt responses and query resolution
Coordinate with internal team for issue resolving & coordination with customer to ensure that tasks are completed daily and in a timely manner
