- Financial Reporting: Assisting in the end-to-end preparation and finalisation of accurate financial statements and MIS reports.
- Audit Support: Leading or supporting statutory, internal, and tax audits, including the preparation of detailed audit schedules and working papers.
- Taxation & Compliance: Managing GST, Income Tax, and TDS filings, ensuring adherence to the latest statutory requirements and regulatory standards.
- Budgeting & Planning: Assisting management in monitoring budget variances, cash flow analysis, and financial projections for business expansion.
- Team Supervision: Mentoring junior articles and accounting staff to maintain financial discipline within the department.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Must have cleared CA Intermediate
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Tally Prime,
- Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving skills to interpret financial trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Article-ship Experience: Typically requires the completion of the mandatory 3-year articleship, demonstrating hands-on experience in diverse audit environments.
