Core Responsibilities
· Strategic Growth: Execute a 5-year plan focusing on AI in Law, Space Law, and Fintech.
· Academic Excellence: Modernize the syllabus to prioritize Practical Training (Drafting/Pleading) and secure ICSSR/DoJ research grants.
· Compliance & Quality: Lead IQAC for top-tier NAAC/NIRF rankings; ensure 100% BCI regulatory adherence.
· Student Success: Oversight of elite Moot Courts and Tier-1 law firm placements.
· Institutional Governance: Manage faculty recruitment, FDPs on new legislative frameworks, and international MoUs.
Candidate Profile
· Education: LL.M. and Ph.D. in Law (Mandatory per UGC/BCI norms).
· Experience: 10–15 years in teaching/research with significant administrative leadership.
· Key Skills: High ethical standards, public speaking, and a strong network within the judiciary.
