Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through connectors, agents, and referral partners, while providing suitable health insurance solutions to individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate health insurance business through connector and agency channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with agents, advisors, referral partners, hospitals, and connectors.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans.
- Coordinate for quotations, policy issuance, and service support.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
- Provide after-sales support and assist clients with policy servicing requirements.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of health insurance products.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent tele calling and client-handling skills.
Pay: ₹9,797.19 - ₹20,000.00 per month
