Marketing Executive – Lead Generation & Sales

Job Summary
Luxmi Marbles & Granite is looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to develop new business opportunities, generate leads, and increase sales across Zirakpur, Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, and surrounding areas. The candidate will focus on building relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and homeowners to drive showroom visits and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through market visits and networking.
- Meet architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and construction companies.
- Promote the company's tiles, granite, quartz, and other products.
- Identify upcoming residential and commercial projects.
- Convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
- Develop dealer and referral networks.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Experience in building materials, tiles, marble, granite, sanitaryware, plywood, hardware, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Own vehicle preferred.
- Knowledge of Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, and nearby markets.
Compensation
In addition to salary, attractive incentives will be provided based on lead generation, successful client conversions, and monthly sales performance.
