Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in interacting with Architects / Interior Decorators.
- Ability to identify projects and work closely with project management teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and lead channel partners.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and passionate about business growth.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
Responsibilities
- Promote company products and services to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.
- Handle channel sales and distribution networks.
- Plan and execute sales promotional activities.
- Conduct customer visits / project visits and manage end-customer loyalty programs.
- Oversee credit control and support new dealer / market expansion activities.
