Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will interact with prospective clients, guide them through our products and services, assist them during the registration and onboarding process, and ensure they have a smooth experience with Invos Wealth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, has a basic understanding of the stock market, and wants to build a career in the fintech and investment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective and existing clients to explain our services.
- Assist customers throughout the registration and onboarding process.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Answer customer queries professionally and accurately.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet daily and monthly performance goals.
Requirements
- Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of the Indian stock market.
- Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Support, Telecalling, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- No specific educational qualification or degree is required.
- Candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Comfortable speaking with clients over phone and WhatsApp.
