Job Summary
Kevell Corp is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining company services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-up activities.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Degree (UG/PG) – Freshers can apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
Preferred Skills
- Fluency in Tamil; English communication is an added advantage.
- Good listening and convincing abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
