About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Odoo Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Odoo development, customization, integration, and implementation. You will be responsible for developing scalable ERP solutions, understanding client requirements, and delivering high-quality Odoo applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and provide effective Odoo-based solutions.
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules according to client needs.
- Design and implement new features, workflows, and business processes within Odoo.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications, APIs, payment gateways, and external systems.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Manage Odoo deployments, upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when required.
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain development standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo architecture, ORM, workflows, security, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience in developing custom modules and extending standard Odoo functionalities.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo versions 14, 15, 16, 17, 18,19 or later.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Familiarity with Linux environments and deployment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and client interaction skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Odoo implementation across multiple business domains.
- Knowledge of Docker, AWS, DigitalOcean, or cloud hosting environments.
- Experience with Odoo performance tuning and database optimization.
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
