About the Role
You will manage Meta and Google campaigns across multiple brands, including Linen Trail and the clients we consult for. This role is fully on site and requires strong execution, quick learning and a passion for e commerce. You will work closely with the founder on performance insights, creative testing and strategy across all accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Set up, optimise and scale campaigns across Meta and Google for all assigned brands
- Manage budgets with precision and improve ROAS through structured experimentation
- Build acquisition and remarketing funnels tailored to each brand’s audience
- Analyse performance daily and share clear insights with next steps
- Create custom audiences and lookalikes using behavioural and Shopify signals
- Work with designers and content teams to brief and test ad variations
E Commerce and Growth
- Understand product categories, offers, pricing and inventory dynamics
- Suggest landing page and store improvements to increase conversions
- Support WhatsApp and email campaign strategy for retention
- Align campaign planning with production and sales goals when working with Linen Trail
Reporting and Analysis
- Maintain dashboards for key metrics including CTR, CPM, CPA and ROAS
- Deliver weekly reports for each brand with action focussed insights
- Present growth opportunities based on data patterns
Who You Are
- You enjoy running ads and understand the nuance of Meta and Google performance
- You are comfortable switching between multiple brands and categories
- You enjoy e commerce and want to work with a mix of DTC and service led businesses
- You are proactive, structured and comfortable working in a fast moving environment
- You appreciate strong visual storytelling and clean brand language
Requirements
- One to three years of experience in Meta and Google ads
- Experience with Shopify or other e commerce platforms
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers
- Good communication skills and an ownership mindset
- On site availability in Thrissur
