Location: KVR Maruti, Calicut
Qualifications:
- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership or service center.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with DMS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customers and understand vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and explain service estimates and timelines.
- Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
- Update customers on service progress and obtain approvals for additional repairs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Achieve service-related targets and maintain proper documentation.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions.
