About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident graduates with good communication skills who are eager to build a career in the international BPO industry.
As an AR Associate, you will speak with customers in the US over phone calls regarding their pending payments. Your role will be to verify customer information, understand their payment situation, remind them about their outstanding dues, and assist them in choosing suitable payment options or a payment date.
You will receive complete training before handling calls independently.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are willing to learn, enjoy talking to people, and are comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to customers in the US regarding their pending payments.
- Speak politely and professionally with customers.
- Understand the customer's situation and help them find suitable payment options.
- Encourage customers to clear their dues or commit to a payment date.
- Maintain accurate details of every customer conversation in the system.
- Follow up with customers whenever required.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Follow company policies and maintain customer confidentiality at all times.
Who Can Apply?Educational Qualification
Graduates
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc., BCA, or equivalent).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Undergraduates
- Must have 6 months to 1 year of experience in US Collections, Accounts Receivable (AR), Debt Collections, or an International Voice Process.
Skills Required
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
- Comfortable working in the US night shift.
- Comfortable working in a target-based environment.
