We are hiring candidates for our E-Commerce Calling Department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries on Instagram & WhatsApp
- Share jewellery designs with customers
- Follow up with customers for selection & orders
- Maintain proper customer communication
- Support online sales team
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Instagram & WhatsApp handling
- Polite and professional behavior
- Experience in customer handling is preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
