Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, inventory updates, customer support, and marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and company websites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings, pricing, and content updates on e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor and process customer orders and returns.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch.
- Track inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and offers.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and online selling.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online promotions.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in e-commerce operations
- Familiarity with online marketplace seller panels is an advantage.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
