Richsoil is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR processes in a fast-paced startup environment, making it an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Communicate with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
- Assist in maintaining HR databases and employee information.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
- Support internal communication and HR-related events.
- Collect employee feedback and contribute to workplace improvement initiatives.
HR Projects & Administration
- Assist with HR research, policy documentation, and process improvement.
- Prepare HR reports and recruitment trackers.
- Support employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Prior internship or project experience in HR is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a dynamic startup environment.
