Job Title: RCM Trainer – AR Calling / Denial Management
Location: Hyderabad
Shift: Night Shift (US Healthcare)

Deliver training on AR Calling and Denial Management processes.

Conduct new hire onboarding and refresher training programs.

Develop training materials, SOPs, and process documentation.

Identify knowledge gaps and implement improvement plans.

Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback.

Partner with Operations and Quality teams to improve productivity and quality.

4+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.

Strong hands-on experience in AR Calling and Denial Management.

Prior experience as a Trainer, SME, or Process Coach preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong understanding of denial analysis, appeals, and AR follow-up processes.
