Position Title: Business Development Manager – Interior Fit-Out (Design & Build)

Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and securing turnkey interior design & build projects across corporate, commercial, hospitality, and institutional sectors. The role involves working closely with PMCs, consultants, and direct clients to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Business Development
Identify and generate new leads for interior design & build projects
Develop strong relationships with:
PMCs (JLL, CBRE, Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield)
Corporate clients (IT, BFSI, MNCs)
Architects & consultants
Track upcoming projects, tenders, and fit-out opportunities
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
Understand client requirements and convert them into business opportunities
Maintain regular follow-ups for closures
3. Proposal & Tender Coordination
Coordinate with estimation and design teams for:
BOQ preparation
Costing & proposals
Technical submissions
Participate in tender submissions (JLL / Colliers / CBRE / Direct clients)
Ensure timely submission and follow-ups
4. Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts
Convert leads into confirmed projects
Drive closure of high-value interior projects

Experience in handling high-value negotiations
Knowledge of tendering and contract processes
Compensation Structure (Typical):
Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives
Incentives based on project closures and revenue
