The Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing accurate information about courses and programs, and supporting student enrolment activities. The role involves counselling students, maintaining follow-ups, coordinating admissions documentation, and achieving admission targets.
- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, emails, and online leads professionally.
- Explain program details, fee structure, training schedule, and placement opportunities.
- Support students throughout the admission and enrolment process.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, admissions, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with trainers and administration teams for batch scheduling and student onboarding.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective candidates to convert leads into admissions.
- Assist in organizing promotional activities, seminars, counselling sessions, and outreach programs.
- Prepare daily and monthly admission reports.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
