Work Details
· Shift Timing: Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
· Weekly Off: Sunday
· Calling Type: Outbound calls
Key Responsibilities
· Handle outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
· Understand customer queries and provide effective solutions
· Maintain accurate call and customer records
· Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service
· Follow company processes and service standards
Qualifications & Skills
· Education: +2 / Any Degree
· Language: Malayalam (mandatory)
· Basic communication and listening skills
· Customer-oriented mindset
· Willingness to work rotational shifts
