- Prepare and process X-ray billing for OPD and IPD patients
- Verify patient details, doctor references, and investigation charges
- Ensure correct entry of X-ray procedures in the hospital billing system
- Coordinate with the Radiology/X-ray department for report and charge confirmation
- Handle insurance, TPA, and cash billing related to X-ray services
- Maintain billing records, daily reports, and billing summaries
- Resolve billing discrepancies and patient queries related to X-ray charges
- Follow hospital billing policies and ensure accuracy in invoices
- Excellent in Typing Speed
- Minimum 30 WPM
