Job Summary
We are looking for a data-driven SEO Specialist to improve our website’s visibility on search engines and drive organic traffic. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, knowledge of SEO best practices, and experience optimizing websites for higher rankings.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs for search engines
- Conduct on-page and off-page SEO activities
- Build high-quality backlinks and manage link-building strategies
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
- Analyze competitors and identify SEO gaps
- Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, mobile usability, crawl errors)
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to implement SEO strategies
- Track and report performance metrics (rankings, traffic, conversions)
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in SEO or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of:
- On-page SEO
- Off-page SEO
- Technical SEO
- Experience with tools like:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS (preferred)
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
