**Job Title: Counselor / Telecaller/ Marketing Executive****Location:** Mulund West, Mumbai
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with prospective leads, conduct regular follow-ups, build strong customer relationships, and support the sales team in achieving successful closures. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments/sales through effective follow-up and counseling.
### Key Responsibilities:* Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries.* Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups with leads generated through various marketing channels.* Understand the requirements, explain products/services in detail, and provide appropriate solutions.* Address all queries, concerns, and objections professionally to build confidence and trust.* Nurture leads through the sales funnel and ensure maximum conversion opportunities.* Schedule appointments, meetings, or counselling sessions in person as required.* Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM/software.* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless experience and successful closures.* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.* Stay updated on company offerings, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
### Desired Candidate Profile:* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.* Ability to handle objections and close leads effectively.* Comfortable making a high volume of calls and managing multiple follow-ups.* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.* Prior experience in Tele calling, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Counselling will be preferred.
### Qualification:* Minimum HSC/Graduate in any discipline.* Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
