We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Sales Manager to join our Gurgaon office and lead business development for our Influencer Marketing division.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and acquire new clients for influencer marketing campaigns.
- Identify, prospect, and build relationships with brands, agencies, and key decision-makers.
- Understand client objectives and recommend customized influencer marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.
- Lead client meetings, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Collaborate with influencer marketing, strategy, and campaign teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline while consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, the creator economy, and emerging influencer marketing opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in business development, influencer marketing sales, media sales, or digital marketing sales.
- Experience with an influencer marketing agency, digital agency, media agency, or creator platform is highly preferred.
- Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
- Deep understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and the creator ecosystem.
- Existing relationships with brand marketers and advertising agencies will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
