- Front Desk Management: Welcome and direct visitors, providing them with accurate information in-person, via phone, or email.
- Call Handling: Manage a multi-line phone system; answer, screen, and forward calls, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Communication & Mail: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Administrative Support: Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and basic bookkeeping.
- Office Security: Monitor building access, issue visitor badges, and maintain visitor logbooks.
- Scheduling & Travel: Schedule appointments, manage calendars, book conference rooms, and make travel arrangements.
- Supply & Inventory: Monitor and order front office supplies while keeping the reception area clean and presentable.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
