Job Summary
The CCTV Monitoring Staff is responsible for monitoring surveillance cameras, observing activities within company premises, identifying security risks, and reporting incidents to the concerned authorities. The role ensures the safety and security of employees, customers, company assets, and property.
Key Responsibilities
Observe and identify suspicious activities, theft, misconduct, unauthorized access, and safety violations.
Report incidents immediately to the Concern Manager or Management.
Maintain accurate records of observations, incidents, and actions taken in the CCTV logbook.
Review recorded footage when required for investigations and incident verification.
Ensure all CCTV cameras and recording equipment are functioning properly.
Report technical faults or equipment malfunctions to the concerned department.
Assist management in investigating theft, customer complaints, accidents, and disciplinary issues.
Maintain confidentiality of all surveillance footage and security-related information.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
