About the Role
We are seeking a highly professional, mature, and dependable Personal Assistant (PA) to the Director who can efficiently manage executive-level coordination while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and responsiveness. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling a dynamic work environment and supporting the Director in both routine and urgent business matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft professional emails, business correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely follow-up and execution of assigned tasks.
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and business information with complete discretion.
- Organize domestic travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics.
- Track pending assignments and proactively follow up with concerned teams.
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and executive summaries as required.
- Handle multiple priorities efficiently while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Extend executive support beyond regular office hours whenever business requirements demand.
Candidate Profile
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Secretary to senior leadership.
Education
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA or Executive Secretarial qualifications will be an added advantage.
Essential Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent drafting and documentation skills.
- High level of professionalism and business etiquette.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

What We Are Looking For
